1. About us

2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Purchases, pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in NGN unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payments are processed by our regulated payment partner (Paystack). We do not store card details on our servers.
4. Delivery of digital content
Access to purchased courses and materials is delivered instantly via email and inside your account. See our Delivery Policy for details and what to do if you do not receive access.
5. Refunds
Refund conditions and the 7-day window are described in our Refund Policy. By checking the acceptance box at checkout you confirm you have read and understood it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) copy, resell, redistribute or publicly display our content, (b) share your account credentials, (c) attempt to bypass our access controls, (d) use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or (e) upload malicious content.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, prompts, templates, trademarks and branding are the exclusive property of {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access them for your own learning.
8. Disclaimer
Our courses are educational. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of the content.
9. Limitation of liability
