We stand behind every course we publish. If our content is not the right fit for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital course purchases.
Refund window & eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
- Eligible if you have consumed less than 25% of the course content (tracked in your account).
- Add-on downloadable one-page cheat sheets and prompt libraries are non-refundable once downloaded.
- Fraudulent or abusive requests may be denied at our discretion.
How to request a refund
- Email support@finsage.academy with the subject line "Refund request" and include your order reference.
- Tell us briefly why the course wasn't right for you — this helps us improve.
- We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 – 10 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3 – 5 business days to display the credit.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — nearly every issue can be resolved directly and faster. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in permanent account closure.
